I have a Palm Treo 600 with Sprint. I'm not using most of the Palm Pilot functions these days, but I do like to have the Treo backed up and at least have access to the address book when I'm on my computer. Since installing Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy, I have tried GNOME Pilot several times with no success, probably spent a total of 1-1/2 hours of unproductive hacking. Today I installed J-Pilot and gave it a try. It worked right away and was pretty easy to figure out.
Next thing to try out is the plugin for viewing my keyring database, and install the updated version of Flight Status by Andrew.
